Poor quality and badly packaged
The sofa showed up with torn fabric and an unpleasant stain. Packaging was minimal and the courier left it on the doorstep in the rain. Trying to get a replacement has been a nightmare.

Nice bed, although mattresses would suit better
The frame is sturdy and easy to put together, and the dark oak finish suits my bedroom well. The included slats work fine but I'd recommend a proper mattress for better comfort at night. Customer service was helpful when I asked for advice.

Comfy sofa but takes a while to assemble
The sofa is really comfy and fits nicely in our living room. The colour matches the pictures on the website, which was a relief. Assembly took a bit longer than I expected though, mostly because of unclear instructions. Overall, it’s a good buy if you don’t mind spending some time putting it together.
