Disappointed with the finish

The design looked promising online but the finish on the table was uneven and a bit rough in places. It also took quite a while to put together, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the size fits well in my dining area, but that's about the only thing I'd say worked out.

Disappointed with the finish quality

The table arrived in good time and was easy enough to assemble, but I was quite let down by the finish. There were a few scratches on the surface and the varnish looked uneven in places. I expected better for the price, though it does fit the space well which is the only plus.

Disappointed with the quality

The sofa arrived with a couple of noticeable scratches on the wooden legs, which was quite frustrating given the price. It also felt a bit firmer than expected and not very comfortable to sit on for long periods. Packaging was decent, but I had hoped for better quality control overall.

Disappointed with delivery and product quality

The delivery took much longer than expected and there was no clear communication from customer service. When the item arrived, the packaging was damaged, and the chair itself had scratches on the finish. I expected better quality control from Gubi considering their reputation.

Decent quality but delivery issues

The sofa looks exactly like the pictures and the fabric feels nice, which I really liked. However, the delivery took much longer than expected and the packaging was a bit damaged on arrival. Assembly was straightforward, but I had to chase customer service a couple of times for updates.

Ordered a product which never arrived.

Ordered a product which never arrived. Tracking said In Transit and at customs. That went on for a month and it never left China. Customer Services did respond and encouraged me to be patient but after a few more weeks of no change, I requested a refund which was processed quickly but still waiting for it to arrive in my account.. let's see. Although the cancellation process appears easy enough, that isn't the point. I wanted what I'd ordered, not a refund, however I didn't realise it was a Chinese company as it doesn't give that impression. I now doubt that the product would have looked anything like the photo and it's probably the home equivalent of Shein and Temu which are just tat.
