Looking at this Lumens experience, the point about my name is casie breaux and i ordered was the part that stood out to me. My main issue with Lumens came down to the delivery. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Lumens again.

I would describe the purchase from Lumens as average once the overall value was considered. The delivery side made the order feel less smooth than expected.
