Very disappointing experience
I was really excited about the look of the furniture on the website, but upon delivery it was scratched and poorly built. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare with little response from customer service.

Good fit for our snug lounge
I was a bit worried about the size from the photos but it fits nicely into our smaller living room without feeling cramped. The fabric feels durable and the colour looks just as it did online. Assembly was straightforward too, which was a bonus.

Nice solid chair
The chair is quite sturdy and the wood finish matches my dining table well. It took a bit of time to assemble but the instructions were clear enough. Comfortable enough for long dinners without feeling stiff.

Disappointed with the finish quality
The table arrived in good time and was easy enough to assemble, but I was quite let down by the finish. There were a few scratches on the surface and the varnish looked uneven in places. I expected better for the price, though it does fit the space well which is the only plus.

Disappointed with the build quality
The sofa looked alright in the pictures, but when it arrived the frame felt very flimsy. It creaks whenever you sit down and it doesn’t seem like it will last long. The fabric also feels quite cheap compared to what I expected. Not what I hoped for at this price.

Decent but not quite what I expected
The chair looked good in photos but feels a bit sturdier in person than I hoped. The colour isn’t quite as warm as it appeared online, which was a bit disappointing. Assembly was straightforward though, which I appreciated. It fits nicely in my study but I’m not sure it’s as comfortable as I wanted.
