Looking at this Joybird experience, the point about nice marketing effort, nothing behind it was the part that stood out to me. I was disappointed with the delivery during this Joybird purchase. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be.
