Very disappointing experience
I was really excited about the look of the furniture on the website, but upon delivery it was scratched and poorly built. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare with little response from customer service.

Disappointed with the finish quality
The table arrived in good time and was easy enough to assemble, but I was quite let down by the finish. There were a few scratches on the surface and the varnish looked uneven in places. I expected better for the price, though it does fit the space well which is the only plus.

The kitchen units looked promising online, but when they arrived the finish was quite blotchy in places. I expected a bit more consistency given the price point. On the plus side, the delivery was on time and the packaging kept everything safe, so not a complete loss.

Good quality but a bit tricky to assemble
The bed arrived well packed and the materials feel sturdy. It fits nicely in our spare room and looks as expected. The only downside was the assembly instructions which weren’t very clear, so it took longer than I hoped. Overall, it’s comfortable enough and seems good value for the price.

Disappointed with the quality
I wasn’t expecting much for the price but the finish on the dresser feels really cheap and it’s already starting to chip after just a couple of weeks. The drawers are stiff and get stuck. Definitely not what I hoped for.

Sturdy chair but took a while to assemble
The chair feels solid and comfortable enough for my home office. The colour matches the photos but it was a bit tricky to put together on my own, mostly because the instructions weren’t very clear. Overall, it was worth the wait though.
