Very disappointing experience
I was really excited about the look of the furniture on the website, but upon delivery it was scratched and poorly built. Trying to get a refund has been a nightmare with little response from customer service.

Good mattress but a bit firmer than expected
The mattress arrived on time and was well packaged. It’s definitely comfortable and has improved my sleep, though it’s a touch firmer than I anticipated. Overall, it suits my needs and seems well made for the price.

Disappointed with the finish quality
The table arrived in good time and was easy enough to assemble, but I was quite let down by the finish. There were a few scratches on the surface and the varnish looked uneven in places. I expected better for the price, though it does fit the space well which is the only plus.

Nice sofa but bit tricky to assemble
The sofa looks good and is comfortable enough, especially for the price. It took me longer than expected to put it together as some of the instructions weren't very clear. Also, the fabric could be a little softer. Overall, it's a good fit for my lounge and I'm quite happy with it.

Disappointed with the fabric quality
The sofa looked decent in the pictures, but the fabric feels quite cheap and not very comfortable. It did arrive on time and the colour matched the website, so that was a plus. However, for the price, I expected a bit more sturdiness and attention to detail in the stitching. I’m still trying to decide if it’s worth keeping.
