For my bedroom item order connected with "I purchased my mattress and it never" at Zinus, the experience had its own specific details. The purchase from Zinus became frustrating because the bedroom item was not handled well. I did not feel the delivery updates were clear enough, and that made the order harder to manage. The condition of the bedroom item made the order feel poor value for money. I would not rush to place another order with Zinus.

If I could give zero stars I would

The purchase from Zinus became frustrating because the customer service and communication was not handled well. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. I would have expected a clearer and fairer resolution once the problem was reported. A faster and clearer resolution would have changed how I felt about Zinus.
