The purchase from Beds.ie became frustrating because the delivery was not handled well. Delivery caused avoidable frustration and made the order harder to manage. Customer service did not give me the level of help I expected. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Beds.ie again.

The mattress feels okay for now but not what I imagined based on the photos. It’s firm enough but I was hoping for cooler sleeping surface material. The ordering process was straightforward though with friendly customer support.
