The purchase from Furniture Direct UK became frustrating because the delivery was not handled well. Delivery caused avoidable frustration and made the order harder to manage. After the delivery, I would be careful about ordering from Bed Kingdom again. I expected clearer delivery information from Bed Kingdom. I expected better checking before the item reached me. I would not rush to place another order with Bed Kingdom.
