Ordered a product which never arrived. Tracking said In Transit and at customs. That went on for a month and it never left China. Customer Services did respond and encouraged me to be patient but after a few more weeks of no change, I requested a refund which was processed quickly but still waiting for it to arrive in my account.. let's see. Although the cancellation process appears easy enough, that isn't the point. I wanted what I'd ordered, not a refund, however I didn't realise it was a Chinese company as it doesn't give that impression. I now doubt that the product would have looked anything like the photo and it's probably the home equivalent of Shein and Temu which are just tat.
