Absolutely unacceptable quality and…
The first unit I received looked like a used or returned item, and instead of accepting a return, Homary made me wait months for a replacement. The replacement still had faulty drawers that would not open and close correctly, even after professional assembly and replacement runners. The push-to-open mechanism kept failing, leaving parts of the unit unusable. For a piece costing around £1000, the quality was unacceptable, and the customer service did not resolve the problem.

Absolutely disgusting service please…
I ordered a TV cabinet in early February and was first given a delivery estimate for early May, only for it to be pushed back to the end of June. For a £400 item, that delay was unacceptable. It seemed the product was not actually in stock and had to be manufactured and shipped by sea. Customer service was also frustrating, with repeated automated requests for information I had already provided. After months of waiting, I still had no item.

I accidentally ordered the same artwork twice and contacted Homary quickly to arrange a return. The issue dragged on for nearly two months, and I had to take time off work twice for collections that never happened. After all that inconvenience, I still did not receive the full amount back. Without a direct phone line to speak to someone, the whole process became stressful, slow, and very difficult to resolve.
