THE most LAZY "LUXURY" customer service . Plus, if you don't pay for white glove they hold your item hostage!
After the customer support, I would be careful about ordering from Artemest again. I expected clearer delivery information from Artemest. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the furniture purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Chinese tat sold at a premium
I bought a sideboard expecting something much better for the price. Instead, I had to build the entire piece myself and felt the quality did not justify spending nearly £800. For only a little more money, I believe I could have bought something handmade or far better finished. The purchase felt overpriced for what arrived.

The glass coffee table is a statement piece. The design is minimal yet exceptional in detail. It arrived well wrapped, without a scratch. Easy to clean and it complements the rest of the living room beautifully.

The bespoke stool looked fine in photos but the wood was rough and some welds uneven. Given it's a custom item, I expected better finish quality for the price.
