Great selection of premium looking beds at clearance prices

The sofa is exceptionally comfortable and the fabric feels thick and expensive to the touch. We have already received so many lovely compliments from guests about our new dining room set. It looks like a high-end luxury piece from a designer boutique but at a fraction of the cost. Assembly was a breeze and all the tools and screws were clearly labeled in separate small bags. I was amazed by the selection at the warehouse and the staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy. Highly recommended.

Wrong item sent twice and now they expect me to pay for return shipping

After only a month of light use, one of the main support legs under the bed frame snapped completely. The pre-drilled holes for the hinges did not align at all, meaning the wardrobe doors are totally crooked. It took over four hours to try and assemble a simple chest of drawers due to missing hardware screws. I tried calling customer services multiple times but it just goes straight to an automated voicemail. Just beware of this before buying.

Damaged dining table left on my driveway without any notice

The pre-drilled holes for the hinges did not align at all, meaning the wardrobe doors are totally crooked. After only a month of light use, one of the main support legs under the bed frame snapped completely. They refuse to process my refund unless I pack this massive heavy item up and drop it off myself. Extremely disappointed with the poor build quality of this sofa

When we opened the packaging, the main glass panel of the coffee table was completely shattered. They refuse to process my refund unless I pack this massive heavy item up and drop it off myself. The fabric on the dining chairs is already fraying at the seams and looks awful after two weeks. The quality feels incredibly cheap, like flimsy cardboard rather than sturdy wood structure. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers' satisfaction. Extremely pleased!

Do not buy from here unless you want endless stress and delays

They refuse to process my refund unless I pack this massive heavy item up and drop it off myself. It took over four hours to try and assemble a simple chest of drawers due to missing hardware screws. The color is completely different from the website photos; it looks like a cheap muddy brown instead of grey. The delivery drivers left the heavy boxes blocked right outside my front door in the rain.
