The sofa is exceptionally comfortable and the fabric feels thick and expensive to the touch. We have already received so many lovely compliments from guests about our new dining room set. It looks like a high-end luxury piece from a designer boutique but at a fraction of the cost. Assembly was a breeze and all the tools and screws were clearly labeled in separate small bags. I was amazed by the selection at the warehouse and the staff were incredibly helpful without being pushy. Highly recommended.

The pre-drilled holes for the hinges did not align at all, meaning the wardrobe doors are totally crooked. It took over four hours to try and assemble a simple chest of drawers due to missing hardware screws. When we opened the packaging, the main glass panel of the coffee table was completely shattered. They refuse to process my refund unless I pack this massive heavy item up and drop it off myself. The fabric on the dining chairs is already fraying at the seams and looks awful after two weeks. The quality feels incredibly cheap, like flimsy cardboard rather than sturdy wood structure. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers' satisfaction. Extremely pleased!
