the delivery side of my furniture order was what I appreciated most about this Cox & Cox order. Delivery was one of the better parts of the experience, especially around the delivery side of my furniture order. I would be happy to use Cox & Cox again based on this order.

the after-sales process made this furniture order more stressful than it should have been. I would have expected a clearer and fairer resolution once the problem was reported. A faster and clearer resolution would have changed how I felt about Cox & Cox.

I was disappointed with the service during this Cox & Cox purchase. The timing and communication around delivery made the whole purchase feel avoidably stressful. The result made the furniture purchase feel more stressful than it needed to be.

The customer support left me with a mixed view of Cox & Cox. I would have preferred clearer updates before the furniture arrived. The replies I received helped in places, although the process did not feel fully smooth. It was not bad enough to write the brand off, but it was not an easy recommendation either.

My main issue with Cox & Cox came down to the customer support. The delivery process was not handled in a way that gave me confidence in Cox & Cox. I would advise checking everything carefully before ordering from Cox & Cox.

Claim profileCustomer review guide
This profile is designed to help furniture shoppers read Cox & Cox feedback in context, rather than relying on a single rating or one isolated customer story. The public score, review count, topic summaries and review list are based on approved reviews on Furniture Brand Reviews. New submissions are checked before publishing, and pending reviews do not affect the public rating, review schema, category rankings or comparison pages.
Before buying from Cox & Cox, compare the rating with the number of approved reviews and read several recent comments. For furniture purchases, shoppers often need to consider delivery timing, product condition on arrival, material quality, assembly, returns and how clearly the company responds when something goes wrong. A high score with very few reviews should be treated differently from a score supported by a larger sample.
Cox & Cox currently has 29 approved customer reviews with an average rating of 3.6 out of 5. Use the rating breakdown and individual review cards to understand whether feedback is concentrated around positive experiences, mixed feedback or lower-rated complaints.
