After the customer support, I would be careful about ordering from Artemest again. I expected clearer delivery information from Artemest. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the furniture purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Loved the marble-topped coffee table from Artemest for my lounge; it really adds class. The only slight downside is the packaging wasn’t as protective as it could be, which caused a tiny chip on one edge. It doesn’t distract much and cleaning is easy.
