Looking at this Pottery Barn experience, the point about i just purchased a carpet from pottery was the part that stood out to me. The delivery on my Pottery Barn order did not meet my expectations. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be.
