My main issue with Pottery Barn came down to the customer support. I expected clearer delivery information from Pottery Barn. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the sofa purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Looking at this Pottery Barn experience, the point about i just purchased a carpet from pottery was the part that stood out to me. The delivery on my Pottery Barn order did not meet my expectations. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Pottery Barn again.

Perfect for my home office
The desk from Rit Concept fits nicely into my small office space. It was delivered well protected and surprisingly quick considering the current delays everywhere. The surface has a smooth matte finish which is great for writing, and the storage pockets are handy for keeping cables tidy. Definitely a solid buy for productivity.

Comfortable Couch with Nice Touches
This sofa is very comfortable for long evenings in front of the TV. The fabric is soft and easy on the eyes, but I wish the cushions were a bit firmer. All in all, a good purchase and I expect it will last well.

This piece really adds some character to the room. The colour is just right and it fits well into the space I had. Wish it came with better packing though, there was a small scratch on one leg.

After the customer support, I would be careful about ordering from Pottery Barn again. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be.
