I was disappointed with the delivery during this Ballard Designs purchase. I expected clearer delivery information from Ballard Designs. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Ballard Designs again.

After the quality of the chair, I would be careful about ordering from Ballard Designs again. I expected clearer delivery information from Ballard Designs. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the chair purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

My main issue with Ballard Designs came down to the delivery. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. I would advise checking everything carefully before ordering from Ballard Designs.

The dining table looked elegant on the website but the varnish was uneven in parts. Also, the legs weren’t square, causing slight wobble. I ended up putting non-slip pads under to fix the issue, but it was annoying nonetheless.

Claim profileCustomer review guide
This profile is designed to help furniture shoppers read Ballard Designs feedback in context, rather than relying on a single rating or one isolated customer story. The public score, review count, topic summaries and review list are based on approved reviews on Furniture Brand Reviews. New submissions are checked before publishing, and pending reviews do not affect the public rating, review schema, category rankings or comparison pages.
Before buying from Ballard Designs, compare the rating with the number of approved reviews and read several recent comments. For furniture purchases, shoppers often need to consider delivery timing, product condition on arrival, material quality, assembly, returns and how clearly the company responds when something goes wrong. A high score with very few reviews should be treated differently from a score supported by a larger sample.
Ballard Designs currently has 8 approved customer reviews with an average rating of 1.3 out of 5. Use the rating breakdown and individual review cards to understand whether feedback is concentrated around positive experiences, mixed feedback or lower-rated complaints.
Reviews are moderated before publishing to reduce spam and keep the platform useful for furniture buyers. Companies cannot pay to remove approved reviews, and incentivised feedback should be disclosed. If a review looks suspicious or contains private information, it can be reported for manual review.
