Looking at this Ballard Designs experience, the point about i would never recommend this company was the part that stood out to me. I was disappointed with the delivery during this Ballard Designs purchase. I expected clearer delivery information from Ballard Designs. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. After the quality of the chair, I would be careful about ordering from Ballard Designs again. I expected clearer delivery information from Ballard Designs. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the chair purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Not as expected, some defects
The dining table looked elegant on the website but the varnish was uneven in parts. Also, the legs weren’t square, causing slight wobble. I ended up putting non-slip pads under to fix the issue, but it was annoying nonetheless.
