What went wrong for me with BUT was the delivery side of my bedroom item order. The delivery side caused most of the frustration, especially around the delivery side of my bedroom item order. I expected clearer answers from BUT, especially once the order became difficult. I would not rush to place another order with BUT.

I really appreciate the modern look of this Mater piece; it fits nicely in my living room. The quality is decent overall, though after a few months of use a couple of joints are feeling a little loose. It's still okay for the price but I expected a bit more longevity.

Disappointed with outdoor chair quality
Chose a Mater garden chair hoping for something environmentally conscious with style. Unfortunately, the materials feel cheap and the finish started peeling within a month. Not what I expected at this price point.
