Extremely disappointing after-sales service.
After the customer support, I would be careful about ordering from Beter Bed again. Delivery caused avoidable frustration and made the order harder to manage. Customer service did not give me the level of help I expected. The result made the bedroom item purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Supportive mattress, minor annoyance with base
Sleeping on this mattress from Beter Bed has really helped my back pain. Mattress feels just right for firm comfort. The only drawback was assembly of the bed base which was a bit fiddly if you don’t have extra hands.

The quality of the bedroom item made my impression of Better Bed Company sit somewhere in the middle. I would have preferred clearer updates before the bedroom item arrived. I might consider Better Bed Company again, but only after checking the details carefully.

Horrific experience, expensive for the quality
