Looking at this Joybird experience, the point about nice marketing effort, nothing behind it was the part that stood out to me. I was disappointed with the delivery during this Joybird purchase. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. I would not rush to place another order with Joybird.

For this sofa purchase, Home Reserve did a good job with the quality of the sofa. I liked the look and feel of the sofa once it was in place. Any after-sales steps were clear enough for me to deal with them. I would be happy to use Home Reserve again based on this order.

The purchase from Joybird became frustrating because the delivery was not handled well. Delivery caused avoidable frustration and made the order harder to manage. Customer service did not give me the level of help I expected. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Joybird again.
