After the delivery, I would be careful about ordering from Homebase Furniture again. Delivery caused avoidable frustration and made the order harder to manage. Customer service did not give me the level of help I expected. The result made the furniture purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

My view of Homebase Furniture was mostly favourable after the arrival of the order. The resolution process did not spoil the overall experience. Overall I was satisfied, though there is room for the process to be sharper.
