Looking at this Sofa and Home experience, the point about i had a very bad experience with this was the part that stood out to me. The purchase from Sofa and Home became frustrating because the service was not handled well. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. Trying to get the issue resolved took too much effort. I would not rush to place another order with Sofa and Home.
