Poor quality mattress, not as promised
The mattress from Naturalmat was very soft but started sagging much sooner than expected. Customer service was slow to respond to my concerns and the return process took ages. Would not advise buying this.

Comfortable bed, decent price
After trying a few shows, this bed was surprisingly comfy and ideal for my back issues. The mattress is firm but not too hard. Assembly was a bit fiddly reading the instructions, though the finish feels good.

The bed arrived well packed and the materials feel sturdy. It fits nicely in our spare room and looks as expected. The only downside was the assembly instructions which weren’t very clear, so it took longer than I hoped. Overall, it’s comfortable enough and seems good value for the price.
