What an absolute sham of a company
The purchase from CB2 became frustrating because the delivery side of my sofa order was not handled well. I did not feel the delivery updates were clear enough, and that made the order harder to manage. I would advise checking everything carefully before ordering from CB2.

After the cost of the order, I would be careful about ordering from CB2 again. Customer service did not give me the level of help I expected when the issue came up. TRULY THE WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
I did not feel properly supported by CB2 when the delivery timing became a problem. The timing and communication around delivery made the whole purchase feel avoidably stressful.
