Cheap, nasty furniture, lies and late refund.
My main issue with Dimehouse came down to the delivery. The timing or tracking did not give me enough confidence in the process. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Dimehouse again.
