After the after-sales process, I would be careful about ordering from Dimehouse again. The return or refund side left a poor impression. Overall, the order became more difficult than it should have been. A faster resolution would have changed how I felt about Dimehouse.

After the delivery, I would be careful about ordering from Dimehouse again. Delivery caused avoidable frustration and made the order harder to manage. Overall, the order became more difficult than it should have been. The result made the furniture purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

The chair’s design adds character to my study and the cushions are surprisingly comfy. Took a bit to wear in, and the colour was slightly different to online pics but still matches my decor nicely.
