Ordered a product which never arrived. Tracking said In Transit and at customs. That went on for a month and it never left China. Customer Services did respond and encouraged me to be patient but after a few more weeks of no change, I requested a refund which was processed quickly but still waiting for it to arrive in my account.. let's see. Although the cancellation process appears easy enough, that isn't the point. I wanted what I'd ordered, not a refund, however I didn't realise it was a Chinese company as it doesn't give that impression. I now doubt that the product would have looked anything like the photo and it's probably the home equivalent of Shein and Temu which are just tat.

The pre-drilled holes didn't line up at all, had to drill my own. The shipping took forever, almost two months to arrive in London. It looked so much better in the professional photos online. Just keep this in mind.

It looked so much better in the professional photos online. After assembling it, I realized the drawers don't even close flush. I've been waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now and nothing. I would never order from this site again, a total nightmare. Glad I bought it.

The customer support team was very responsive when I asked for tracking. I was nervous about ordering online, but the packaging was bulletproof. Absolutely stunning! This is now the centerpiece of my living room. Fast delivery to Manchester, arrived well within the estimated time. Glad I bought it.
