My main issue with La-Z-Boy Canada came down to the furniture. The furniture did not arrive or perform in the condition I expected. Overall, the order became more difficult than it should have been. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from La-Z-Boy Canada again.

Terrible customer service which is a real shame
The customer support left me with a mixed view of Cox & Cox. I would have preferred clearer updates before the furniture arrived. The replies I received helped in places, although the process did not feel fully smooth. It was not bad enough to write the brand off, but it was not an easy recommendation either.
