Looking at this Roche Bobois experience, the point about fantastic customer service and always a was the part that stood out to me. I had a positive experience with Roche Bobois, especially around communication. Customer support came across as helpful when I needed information. Decent quality but delivery issues
The sofa looks exactly like the pictures and the fabric feels nice, which I really liked. However, the delivery took much longer than expected and the packaging was a bit damaged on arrival. Assembly was straightforward, but I had to chase customer service a couple of times for updates.
