I did not feel properly supported by Zinus when the product issue became a problem. The after-sales process felt slow, and I did not feel properly supported. The condition of the bedroom item was a real problem and should have been checked before dispatch. This experience would make me look elsewhere before trying Zinus again.

What went wrong for me with Zinus was the follow-up. The delivery side caused most of the frustration, especially around follow-up. I expected clearer answers from Zinus, especially once the order became difficult. This experience would make me look elsewhere before trying Zinus again.
