The service itself was brilliant but…
After the customer support, I would be careful about ordering from Beds.ie again. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. I expected better checking before the item reached me. The result made the bedroom item purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Extremely disappointed with both the mattress and service support.
My main issue with Zinus came down to the customer support. The follow-up left me feeling that the issue was not being taken seriously enough. The product side of the order was disappointing and changed how I felt about the purchase. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Zinus again.

Missing part, no estimate of when it will be replaced
I did not feel properly supported by Zinus when the product issue became a problem. The after-sales process felt slow, and I did not feel properly supported. The condition of the bedroom item was a real problem and should have been checked before dispatch. This experience would make me look elsewhere before trying Zinus again.
