Smart chair but footstool hard as a board
I would describe the purchase from G Plan as average once the look of the chair was considered. The chair had some good points, but it did not completely meet my expectations. I would need more confidence in the process before placing another order.

Disappointed with the wardrobe quality
The wood panels chipped during the unpacking, and the hinges creak every time it’s opened. I expected something durable from a reputed brand, but this wardrobe didn’t meet my expectations at all.

Very poor quality upholstery
Sadly, this sofa felt cheap and uncomfortable right away. The fabric tore within a fortnight and there was no helpful response from customer service. Would suggest steering well clear.

Disappointed with the finish and delivery delay
The sofa arrived later than expected, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, the fabric felt cheaper than I anticipated from the website photos. Assembly was straightforward, but the overall finish didn’t live up to the price point. I was hoping for better quality for the cost.
