Since buying this armchair, it's become my go‑to spot in the room for reading or playing mobile games. It's incredibly comfortable to sit in – the back is high enough to rest your head nicely, and the generous size gently swallows you up in all the right ways. This is the best lounge chair I've ever owned!

Ordered a product which never arrived.
Ordered a product which never arrived. Tracking said In Transit and at customs. That went on for a month and it never left China. Customer Services did respond and encouraged me to be patient but after a few more weeks of no change, I requested a refund which was processed quickly but still waiting for it to arrive in my account.. let's see. Although the cancellation process appears easy enough, that isn't the point. I wanted what I'd ordered, not a refund, however I didn't realise it was a Chinese company as it doesn't give that impression. I now doubt that the product would have looked anything like the photo and it's probably the home equivalent of Shein and Temu which are just tat.
