I was disappointed with the customer support during this IKEA purchase. I expected clearer delivery information from IKEA. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the furniture purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Delivery Delays and False Promises

Absolutely shocking
the after-sales process made this furniture order more stressful than it should have been. I would have expected a clearer and fairer resolution once the problem was reported. A faster and clearer resolution would have changed how I felt about Cox & Cox.
