If you wanna be plagued by never-ending emails and texts

Looking at this Crate and Barrel experience, the point about if you wanna be plagued by never-ending emails and texts was the part that stood out to me. The service on my Crate and Barrel order did not meet my expectations. The communication made the problem feel harder to resolve than it needed to be. The experience left me with little confidence in ordering again soon. After this, I would want a much clearer process before buying from Crate and Barrel again.

Package lost and getting no help

My main issue with Crate and Barrel came down to the customer support. I expected clearer delivery information from Crate and Barrel. I expected clearer answers once the order became difficult. The result made the furniture purchase more stressful than it needed to be.

Moderate quality, limited style choices

I bought a coffee table here and it’s average quality. Not very sturdy and the design didn’t quite match what I imagined from the pictures. It works, but I expected a bit more given its price tag.

The sofa arrived with a couple of noticeable scratches on the wooden legs, which was quite frustrating given the price. It also felt a bit firmer than expected and not very comfortable to sit on for long periods. Packaging was decent, but I had hoped for better quality control overall.
